Integrity
Starting with bidding and estimating your project we try to eliminate as many allowances as possible. The allowances we include are very accurate for your budget and needs. We are very knowledgeable with all building materials and point you in the right direction from windows and siding, to countertops and cabinets. We have always been a Energy Star Builder and all our homes are Energy Star Certified. This consists of third party inspections using heat sensing cameras and blower door testing.
We build your home the same way we built ours. |

ENERGY STAR Builder
To earn the ENERGY STAR, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC), and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20–30% more efficient than standard homes.
ENERGY STAR qualified homes offer homebuyers all the features they want in a new home, plus energy-efficient improvements that deliver better performance, greater comfort, and lower utility bills. Learn More about Energy Star certified homes |
Green Built Home Builder
Green Built Home (GBH) is a national award winning green building initiative that reviews and certifies new homes and remodeling projects that meet sustainable building and energy standards. The program was named the 2006 Green Building Program of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
GBH is implemented in partnership with the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association and in cooperation with other participating builders associations, leading utilities and organizations that promote green building. Currently one of over forty green building programs nationwide, Green Built Home was the first program east of the Mississippi and between 1999 and 2007 has certified 3,700 homes in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
