Experience, Integrity & Craftsmanship really describes Croix Custom Homes Inc.
Experience. We have combined experience of over 60 years. We are not your typical builder in that we are at the job sites working, pounding nails in addition to running a smooth, clean and on time job site. We have used the same sub contractors for years and we use the same people on every job. It is the only way we can deliver the highest quality to every home. We don't schedule our jobs on top of each other, so we can be focused on your home or commercial project.
Integrity. Starting with bidding and estimating your project we try to eliminate as many allowances as possible. The allowances we do use are very accurate for your budget and needs. We are very knowledgeable with all building materials and point you in the right direction from windows and siding, to countertops and cabinets. We have always been a Energy Star Builder and all our homes are Energy Star Certified. This consists of third party inspections using heat sensing cameras and blower door testing.
We build your home the same way we built ours.
Craftsmanship. Attention to detail describes our entire building process. Framing, mechanical and insulation details help complete a healthy and energy efficient home. Attention to architecture and interior finish details complete a beautiful home. We are onsite doing much of the finish work ourselves. Walk through one of our homes and you will immediately notice the fit and finish. We are also a Certified Green Builder thru Green Built Homes which is currently the only Green building program in our area. A national Green program, LEED, and a local program through the Builder Association of the Twin Cities will soon be available in the St. Croix Valley. We plan to be pioneers in these programs as well. Green building guidelines emphasize the importance of building high quality, effecient and durable homes. We build homes to last.
